Apply to be published in our biannual journal! Submissions should be:
-
2000-7000 words
-
Research papers, opinion pieces, analyses centered on books (all other formats need to be approved by the editorial team)
-
Written by undergraduates who identify as women and currently attend or have just graduated from a four-year college or university
-
Pertaining to topics that pertain to law and politics and/or women’s experiences in law and politics
-
Not previously published
-
Academic in style, but readable by a wider audience

Authors commit to engaging throughout our editorial process.

APPLY TO THE EDITORIAL TEAM
​
We are currently looking for staff writers, staff editors, marketing staff, a business director, and a staff artist. Our online journal seeks to publish short essays about contemporary issues in law and politics.
​​
Applicants should be:
-
Undergraduate women currently enrolled in Columbia College, SEAS, Barnard College, or the School of General Studies
-
Interested in law or politics, regardless of major
-
Committed to writing 1-2 articles (staff writers) or editing 2-4 articles (staff editors) each semester
-
Committed to creating art for our journal cover (staff artist)
-
Committed to promoting the journal (marketing/business)
